What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Items lost or damaged by the mail carrier are not our responsibility. But any concerns or questions about returns and exchange, please contact us. We'll help best we can.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we ship to Canada and global. Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We currently don't ship beyond Earth, unfortunately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Flat rate shipping: Can you ship US first class?

Yes, I put in a flat rate Priority in order to cover the weight and size of books and comics. Also, Priority is better and faster service with Delivery Confirmation included. I will ship First Class if the order falls below 16 oz in weight. Any difference in shipping cost when mailed out will be gladly refunded.

How about Media Mail?

I prefer not to ship Media Mail (books and CDs only) because of the speed (lack of) of service and the greater possibility of orders being misplaced by the carrier. If you really prefer Media Mail feel free to contact me and I'll refund the difference in shipping cost when shipped.
